The network shown is that of Dr. John & Terry McDonald in Salem, OR.  This virtual private network consists of a central site, South Salem Nob Hill, two satellite offices, Keizer and Silverton, and two home offices.  Satellite offices access digital images using Citrix thin client technology over high speed DSL connections.
